An Overview of the Swans Image Ordering Process
Shortly after placing your call for an order, one of our customer care experts will be assigned to oversee your order, check product availability, review your order for any potential problems with artwork, imprint issues and delivery times, and make sure to offer you any recommendations should our expertise be helpful. Then, you will receive an email/fax notification as a QUOTATION that we have received your order.
Once your order is reviewed and you received our Quotation, please send us your PURCHASE ORDER for your approval that will include all details of your order including your delivery times. Samples - Purchase with Confidence
We are happy to offer you a sample to help you with your purchase decision. Here's how it works :
1. Swans Image will have a loan of samples to our customer for 7 business days, without any deposit.
2. Samples can be requested online by simply clicking "Get A Sample" on any product page or through a Promotions Specialist (Monday - Friday 09:30am - 14:30pm).
3. Once you become a customer you can expect an increasingly lenient sample policy as we continue to work together on future projects.
4. Due to occasional misuse of our sample policy, we reserve the right to refuse samples to any party at our discretion.
